Freddie Dorrance III - Owner/Operator
Freddie has over 20 years experience in the Hardwood Flooring Industry, working along-side his brother In-law Ed. Freddie's knowledge is vast in all aspects of the Industry. Freddie estimates all jobs and works with the customer in achieving his or her level of decor. Freddie's commitment to a family run business, means that he does not sub-contract any work. All work is performed in-house with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ed Grap - Owner/Operator
Ed has over 20 years experience in the Hardwood Flooring Industry, working along-side his brother In-law Freddie. Ed is the foreman of the hardwood flooring Installation crew. Ed is a graduate of Johnson College in Scranton, PA with a degree in building construction-technology. Ed's level of experience in the Installation of hardwood floors, stair Installation and custom wood working is second to none.
Darryll Coates - Hardwood Floor Installer
Darryll has been with Dorrance Wood Floors for over 10 years. He is experienced in sanding/refinishing and the Installation of hardwood floors. But, it is the Installation of hardwood floors, that Darryll excels. He brings a level of experience and craftsmanship, that is hard to find this day and age.
Freddie Dorrance IV - Refinishing Foreman
Freddie is the son of Freddie the third. For the past 2 years Freddie has been the sanding and refinishing foreman. Freddie has over 4 years experience in the refinishing of hardwood floors. He is a graduate of Owings Mills High School and has attended Catonsville Community College. Many times customers have commented to the owners about the outstanding level of professionalism and knowledge, that Freddie Dorrance IV brings to the job site at such a young age.
Zach Elbek - Refinishing Technician
Zach has over 2 years experience in sanding and refinishing. He works along-side Freddie IV on the refinishing crew. He is a graduate of Newtown High School. Zach brings to the job site, a friendly and professional work ethic.
